Colorful pepper and mushroom chicken
This is a very simple stir-frying dish. Last time, half of the chicken was left. There were a lot of irregular leftovers. I cut it into diced chicken and stir-fry it with fresh mushrooms. The taste is great. The red bell peppers make the color of this dish look very bright, and the appetite is aroused immediately. Originally, I planned to eat this bowl of vegetables twice, but I would finish it in one meal.
