Steps for Homemade tofu

Soak soybeans in cold water for 24 hours.

Use a cooking machine to break the soybeans.

Filter the beaten raw soy milk.

Cook slowly over low heat, stirring constantly, without burning the bottom.

When the cooked soy milk is cooled to 85° C, add white vinegar a little bit, and stir while adding until the clear soup appears on the surface and condensed lumps appear on the bottom.

Skim off the water, pour it into a cloth bag, press on the heavy object, and make tofu two hours later.
