Christmas gingerbread
By JoanyHaley

Steps for Christmas gingerbread

1
Soften the butter with water, then pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well with chopsticks
2
Knead evenly by hand into dough, place in the refrigerator and chill to relax for 1 hour.
3
Place the relaxed dough on the chopping board and roll it into a thin dough sheet with a thickness of about 0.3CM
4
Carve various cookie models on the rolled dough sheet.
5
Place the carved gingerbread on a baking sheet, brush a layer of egg water mixed with eggs and water on the gingerbread, let sit and relax for a while, and place it in a preheated 180-degree oven. The surface will be slightly yellow for about 15 minutes.
6
After the cookies are baked and cooled, they start to decorate. Add the egg white, add sugar powder, and then add lemon juice to mix and stir to form meringue frosting
7
Add food coloring of different colors to the frosting to make frosting of different colors. The frosting with the background color can be directly placed in a bowl and brushed before being put into a decoration bag.
8
Use a brush dipped in icing to brush the background color
9
Wait until the frosting dries before drawing the second layer of lines or patterns.
10
The beautiful Christmas gingerbread is finished, be sure to dry it and put it away!
11
Wrap a bag and give it to my son as a gift to earn enough face!
