Christmas gingerbread house
By ArturoFeil
Last year, I built a simple gingerbread house, but this year I decided to build a slightly more complicated one. The design of the house comes from the fireworks of the world. I made minor changes and added more chimneys and fences to get closer to the real house.

Steps for Christmas gingerbread house

1
First of all, we design the drawing, cut the paper mold with hard paper, and we can build it.
2
Mix all the powders well first. (You can also sieve it. I was lazy and didn't sieve it.)
3
Leave the butter outside to soften, add brown sugar and beat until fluffy.
4
Add egg mixture in portions and beat well.
5
Pour in milk and honey and beat well.
6
Pour in the mixed flour, knead it into a smooth dough, wrap it with plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator to chill and relax for 30-60 minutes.
7
Wrap the plate table and rolling pin with plastic wrap. Take 2/3 of the dough and roll it out into large slices, and cut the dough sheets of the house according to the paper mold.
8
Use a fork to pierce the small hole.
9
Preheat the oven to 400F/200C, bake for 10 minutes, take out and let cool. (The oven temperature varies, so be careful not to burn it.)
10
Roll out and cut the other 1/3 of the dough to a base of 30cm*25cm and 3mm thick. Also make some small holes, bake for 10 minutes, and let cool.
11
I made gingerbread and fences for the rest of the leftovers.
12
After the cake slices cool, you can use colorful frosting to draw some patterns on the wall and leave it overnight to let the frosting dry completely. (I buy colorful frosting ready-made.)
13
Put the egg white in powdered sugar and vinegar and beat until it is very sticky. Lift the egg beating head so that the icing can be hung on the egg beating head without flowing. Put the icing sugar into the decoration bag.
14
Glue the four walls together and hold them in place for a while to make them stick firmly.
15
Glue the chimney together,
16
After the wall is firm, glue the roof on and hold it with your hands for about 5 minutes to make it stick firmly and not slide down.
17
After the roof is fixed, glue the chimney on and fix it with your hands for a while. After the house is built, you can decorate it at will.

Finally sift in the powdered sugar.Christmas gingerbread house Make Tips
1. The amount of this material can make a 30cm*25cm base and a 16cm high house, fence and some gingerbread. 2.1 cup =250Ml, 1 teaspoon =5ml. 3. Be sure to use powdered sugar to make frosting. Sugar cannot make a sticky frosting. 4. It is best to make 2 more pillars on the ceiling. I didn't prepare. I accidentally broke a strip while bonding, so I had to use icing to stick it together.
