Christmas gingerbread house

Christmas gingerbread house
Last year, I built a simple gingerbread house, but this year I decided to build a slightly more complicated one. The design of the house comes from the fireworks of the world. I made minor changes and added more chimneys and fences to get closer to the real house.

  • Make step 0

After the cake slices cool, you can use colorful frosting to draw some patterns on the wall and leave it overnight to let the frosting dry completely. (I buy colorful frosting ready-made.)

Put the egg white in powdered sugar and vinegar and beat until it is very sticky. Lift the egg beating head so that the icing can be hung on the egg beating head without flowing. Put the icing sugar into the decoration bag.

Glue the four walls together and hold them in place for a while to make them stick firmly.

  • Christmas gingerbread house Make Tips

    1. The amount of this material can make a 30cm*25cm base and a 16cm high house, fence and some gingerbread. 2.1 cup =250Ml, 1 teaspoon =5ml. 3. Be sure to use powdered sugar to make frosting. Sugar cannot make a sticky frosting. 4. It is best to make 2 more pillars on the ceiling. I didn't prepare. I accidentally broke a strip while bonding, so I had to use icing to stick it together.
