Steps for Spicy Roast Duck

Prepare ingredients and seasonings.

Wash and soak the duck legs to remove blood and control them dry.

Pour the big red spicy barbecue sauce onto the duck legs, add chopped black pepper and oyster sauce.

Cover it with plastic wrap and marinate for more than 3 hours (I marinate it at night and make it the next morning).

Put the marinated duck legs in the oven and bake them at 250 degrees for 10 minutes, and at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (the time depends on your own oven, please pay attention to ~~). It is best to wrap the thinnest parts of the duck legs with tin foil to avoid overfiring. Remove the roasted duck legs and let cool.
