Break two eggs, crack them open, add some salt, and sprinkle them.

After sorting out the shallots, wash them and cut them short.

Remove the frying pan and stir-fry the shallot.

Remove the shallots to one side and bring the egg liquid to the other side.

Pull back the shallot on the side and stir-fry them together.
