Original Beckham Fruit
By SalmaBraun
Bagel is a bread with less oil and sugar. It is much healthier than other sweet breads, and I like the chewiness very much and has endless aftertaste.

Steps for Original Beckham Fruit

1
Divide the dough into 40 grams per piece.
2
Round and relax for 5 minutes.
3
Rub the relaxed dough to about 20cm long, flatten one end with a rolling pin, circle the other end on the flattened dough, and wrap it with the flattened part.
4
Place the dough on a floured baking sheet and place it in the oven (with a basin of warm water in it) to ferment for about 30 minutes.
5
Boil sugar water, dissolve the maltose in warm water, boil and turn to low heat.
6
Place the fermented bagels in sugar water, boil surface down for 30 seconds, turn over and cook for another 30 seconds.
7
Drain the cooked bagels and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with oiled paper.
8
Immediately feed into the preheated oven at 220℃, the middle layer, heat on and off, 20 minutes.
