I used the sausage made by myself, which was a little salty, so I added water and braised it without adding salt.

Steps for Sausage and potato chips

Steam a sausage.

Allow to cool and cut thick slices.

Peel and slice potatoes, soak in water to remove starch.

Peel and chop the garlic.

Fry the sausage slightly in a pan with less oil.

Add potato slices and stir fry.

Add minced garlic.

Add some water and simmer until done.
