Roasted radish with barbecued pork sauce
The brightly colored and fragrant barbecued pork is my specialty. Its popularity in my family is second to none, so barbecued pork sauce has become one of the must-have seasonings in my family.

Opening the refrigerator and seeing the remaining half bottle of sauce from the last time I made barbecued pork, I suddenly had the idea of using it to cook a plate of red radishes, paired with emerald green broccoli, and gave it a particularly auspicious name "Good Luck". I also take this opportunity to wish you all a great future in the coming new year: great success and great luck!

    1. Since there is salt in the barbecued pork sauce and oyster sauce, there is no need to add salt to this dish. 2. Add oil and salt to boiling water when boiling vegetables to keep the vegetables bright. 3. I have always used Li Kum Kee's barbecue sauce. It tastes very good.
