Steps for Christmas garland bread

1
Prepare the materials.
2
Pour the ingredients other than butter and dried fruits into the bread barrel and ferment according to "basic" for 20 minutes.
3
Add butter and continue to stir for 20 minutes.
4
Soak raisins and cranberries in rum. (If you don't have rum, soak it in warm water and use oil-absorbing paper to drain the water.)
5
Knead the dough until it expands and pulls out into a film.
6
Add dried fruit. Continue to knead until evenly (make the bread machine for 10 minutes).
7
Leave in a warm place to ferment until twice as large.
8
Exhaust, divide into three equal parts, round and relax for 15 minutes.
9
Roll out the relaxed dough into an oval shape.
10
Turn the reverse side from the long bottom edge from top to bottom and roll it into a long strip.
11
Rub the long strip until it becomes a thinner strip.
12
Three strips are braided into a braid shape.
13
Pinch both ends tightly into a flower shape.
14
Place on baking sheet. Pour into a warm and humid place for final fermentation.
15
The fermented wreath is washed with egg liquid.
16
Pour into preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
17
After baking, let it cool and decorate with ribbons.
