Steps for Almond Snowball

1
Large material map, weigh all required materials for later use.
2
Soften the butter at room temperature, add the powdered sugar and stir with an egg beater until white.
3
Add salt, egg yolk, and vanilla powder and stir well.
4
Add the sifted low flour and almond powder (some almond powder particles are too large to be sifted, it doesn't matter, just add them directly), and use a rubber spatula to stir from bottom to top into a ball (it's best to grab it with your hands later to form a ball)
5
Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to relax for about 1 hour.
6
Take a small piece with your hand and round it, press it flat and place a large almond (this step is optional, or you can directly round it and bake it in the oven, but it is recommended to add it).
7
Slowly wrap the almonds, and then round them (some almonds are longer than pointed, so you can remove the sharp corners). Put them in the middle layer of the oven, bake at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes, until the surface turns golden yellow. Remove and pour it hot. Pour it into a plate filled with powdered sugar and roll it several times so that each snowball can be evenly covered with powdered sugar
8
If you are going to give it to someone and put it in a pastry box, you can sprinkle a layer of powdered sugar on the surface for a better effect.
