Steps for Steamed hairy crab

1
4 Yangcheng hairy crabs (male crabs), wash them with a small brush and set aside.
2
When choosing a good hairy crab, be sure to choose one with large heads, large pliers, and many hairs on the pliers! Authentic Yangcheng crabs all have anti-counterfeiting labels! If you don't know much, you will feel much more at ease if you go to a specialty store to buy it!
3
Perilla leaves are given by hairy crab shops. This thing can dissolve cold, detoxify crab poison, promote digestive juice secretion, and enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis.
4
Crab vinegar, if you don't use balsamic vinegar, it's okay!
5
Shallots and a piece of ginger.
6
Add water to the steamer, add ginger and perilla leaves.
7
Then place the washed crabs on a steaming rack, steam for 15 minutes on high heat, then turn off the heat and simmer for about 1 minute before they can be served (do not cut off the grass line, so that the steamed crabs will be beautiful).
8
Dip on the plate: Shred the leftover ginger, shredded the spring onion, add a little coriander leaves, then pour in crab vinegar, and finally pour on the hot peanut oil! (This thread is just like this due to poor knife skills)
9
Serve it with freshly brewed ginger tea and eat it while it is hot! It won't taste good when it's cold!
10
Full of crab roe and crab paste, it's tempting!
