Steps for carambola and hawthorn jelly

First add a small amount of cold water to the fish gelatin powder, soak for 20 minutes, and then melt in water. After cooling, pour in the canned hawthorn juice and stir well.

The carambola slices are placed in the mold.

Place the hawthorn in the abrasive tool with the carambola lined.

Pour the mixed hawthorn juice into the mold until the juice reaches the hawthorn. Refrigerate until set.
