Spicy salt pork ribs
By NashLind
Recently, I like to use pork ribs in my vegetables. I have been stewing them for the past few days. Today, my husband said that he missed the crispy taste, so I had a crisp, crispy, salt and pepper pork ribs for dinner. It was very delicious, but I still have to drink some herbal tea after dinner. Steps for Spicy salt pork ribs
1
Cut the ribs into slices, wash them, and place them in a large bowl. Add 2 and a half tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1/2 black pepper powder, 1/2 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon five-spice powder, 1 egg white, grab well and marinate for 30 minutes.2
Pour the crispy fried flour into the ribs, and evenly wrap the ribs with the flour paste.3
Light the fire and pour in about 500g of peanut oil. Cook until the oil is 80% hot, add the ribs. Then prepare medium and small fire and start frying. Use chopsticks to turn the ribs from time to time during the process until they are golden brown and fish out. After emptying the oil, heat it to high heat and pour the pork ribs back into the pan and oil it for 1 minute. Remove and plate.4
Finally, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped green onion.Spicy salt pork ribs Make Tips
I don't like salt when curing meat, because salt tends to tighten meat, and I like to put a little vinegar to achieve the effect of loosening.
