Steps for Hurricane cake

Prepare the required raw materials.

Mix 10 grams of sugar, milk, and salad oil until creamy.

Sift together flour and baking powder and add into the oil and milk mixture.

Mix well with a spatula.

After separating the eggs, add the egg yolks one by one, and use a spatula to stir up and down evenly.

Add 4 egg yolks and mix well.

Add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites and another 1/3 of white sugar.

Beat with an electric egg beater until it reaches this state, and then add 1/3 of the sugar.

Continue beating until it is in place and add 1/3 of the sugar.

Beat until dry and foamed. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees. My oven temperature is on the high side. 120 degrees may be equivalent to 150 degrees. Please refer to it.

First stir 1/3 of the beaten egg white and egg yolk paste, mix up and down.

Mix well, then add the other 2/3 together and mix well.

Mix the batter well.

Pour into an 8-inch cake mold and shake twice.

Pour into oven at 120 degrees for 60 minutes.
