Add the salted egg yolk with cooking wine, steam it in the pan, and crush it with a spoon until fine.2
Blanch the corn kernels in boiling water, drain the water, coat them with starch (let each corn kernel be evenly coated with starch), and sieve off the excess floating powder.3
Pour the oil in a hot pan until it is 70% hot, fry the pan until it is 1 minute, and then remove it.4
