    Add the salted egg yolk with cooking wine, steam it in the pan, and crush it with a spoon until fine.

    Blanch the corn kernels in boiling water, drain the water, coat them with starch (let each corn kernel be evenly coated with starch), and sieve off the excess floating powder.
