casserole noodles
By BrianBailey
That night, my daughter and I had dinner alone. My daughter said that she wanted noodles, so I made a pot of casserole noodles using the existing ingredients at home. The result was as delicious as I expected. My daughter ate until her mouth turned spicy, but she still ate a bowl, which gave me a sense of accomplishment!

Steps for casserole noodles

1
Add salt to the flour and water to make a smooth dough, then prepare other ingredients.
2
Slice Shantou beef meatballs and ham sausage (if there is other meat), soak the hazel mushrooms in warm water to soften and wash, and chop the tomatoes and green onions.
3
Wash the spinach and cut it into sections about 5 centimeters.
4
Heat the casserole, add the edible blending oil, add the chopped green onion after heating the oil.
5
Add in tomatoes and stir-fry until sauce.
6
Add hazel mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.
7
Add in the beef meatballs and ham sausage and stir fry until fragrant.
8
Add a spoonful of chili noodles, and you can add less or no food for fear of spicy food.
9
Add half a spoonful of chef's chicken powder, or you can add chicken essence, but I like the taste of chicken powder.
10
Add a little light soy sauce.
11
Stir fry all the ingredients, add half a pot of boiling water, and cook on low heat for about ten minutes.
12
We started making noodles while making soup. First roll out the dough into a cake about 3 mm thick.
13
Then cut the dough into 2 cm wide noodles.
14
Stretch each noodle, squeeze it into square pieces and boil it into the soup.
15
Look, this is what it looks like.
16
Add spinach when all dough sheets are cooked.
17
Finally add salt to taste and turn off the heat.
18
Look, a bowl of fragrant casserole noodles is ready. In the cold winter, eating such a bowl of noodles will make it warm from the inside out!

I wanted my daughter to follow me and have a photo, but the little guy always didn't cooperate, so I'll make do with this one. We're going to eat!
