Steps for Matcha Shell Cake

Ingredients: eggs, fine sugar, low flour, a little salt, baking powder, melted butter, 2 matcha powder to set aside.

The mold is first greased and then sprinkled with powder.

Pour with a small spoon into the pre-treated mold. (I didn't use a decorative nozzle, it was sticky everywhere.) It was about 8 minutes full.(The egg liquid I mixed today was a little short).

Put it into the preheated oven at 180℃, the middle layer, heat it up and down for 15 minutes (just color the skin, I baked it a little too much today).
