Steps for tomato and egg noodles

1. Wash and slice two tomatoes, mash two eggs, add salt to the egg mixture, and chop a piece of ginger;2
2. Put oil in the pan, heat the oil, pour the egg liquid into stir-fry until egg drops, and serve out;3
3. Add additional oil, heat the oil and saute the shredded ginger until fragrant, pour in the tomatoes and stir fry. When the tomatoes are out of water, pour in the egg blossoms and stir fry for a while (you can add a little white sugar, if you think the tomatoes are too sour, but only add a little);4
4. Then add water to boil until it tastes delicious (the water can be slightly more than when making soup). Cook it for about five minutes, then pour it into a noodle bowl, add salt (more salt), MSG, and sesame oil.5
5. Raise water in another pot to boil the noodles. When the noodles are ready, pour into a noodle bowl filled with tomato soup, sprinkle with cilantro, and make it fragrant ~~
