Steps for carrot egg cake

Rub the carrot into thin threads and cut the pepper into small grains. You don't have to add it.

Marinate carrots, peppers, salt and MSG for a while, add sugar, five-spice powder, wine, eggs and stir, add a little flour, not too thin.

Place on both sides of a pan and fry until brown.

I like to fry these small cakes for my children to eat.
