Steps for Tangyuan Hotpot

Prepare the soup base ingredients: 2 duck gizzards, 4 ribs, 1 white radish, and a handful of Shanghai green.

A bag of glutinous rice balls, wash and cut into sections with appropriate amount of celery.

Wash the duck gizzard and cut the flower with a cross knife.

Wash and peel the white radish, cut it into slices, place it in a soup pot, add 4 ribs, and boil for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, add duck gizzards and continue to boil.

After the duck gizzards are cooked, season with salt and add glutinous rice balls.

After the glutinous rice balls float for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of blending oil, celery and Shanghai green.
