The New Year is here, and one of my son's classmates wants to invite his friends to have a PARTY at home. Of course, he wants to make a cake to make the children happy.

Germany's Odenberg's 300g of light cream +30g of white sugar is very easy to beat. It only took 4 or 5 minutes to beat. This is for decoration.

8-inch square Qifeng cake blank, the cake is inverted, and the flat bottom is placed on top.

Use a knife to cut the cake into two slices across the middle and apply cream to mark it.

Spread both slices of cake with soft light cream, and coat the bottom slice with blueberry jam.
