Wash the Huai yam and red dates.

Steam Huaishan and peel off the skin. It's also very troublesome. Boil the red dates thoroughly to remove the cores, beat them with a cooking machine until they are finely ground, add white sugar and stir well. Cook the glutinous rice flour in the microwave for two minutes over high heat.

Huaishan uses a spoon to crush it, add soft white sugar and a little milk. If you want to make the cake stronger, add more glutinous rice flour. I didn't add it. Pure Huaishan flour is very powdery, but it is easy to crush. Be careful.

There was also a small piece of purple potatoes steamed with the steaming. I thought the color of the purple potatoes was dark, so I added milk, glutinous rice flour and white sugar to make the color lighter.
