Fish slices with pickled mustard

After eating pickled cabbage fish and boiled fish, I think it will taste good to make fish slices with pickled mustard and follow the same method as boiled fish.

Steps for Fish slices with pickled mustard

After killing, wash the grass carp, remove the head and tail, remove the fish bones, and cut the fish slices into thin slices.

Mix well the fish slices with cooking wine, pepper and refined salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash the shredded mustard with clear water, cut the peppers into sections, and chop the onions and ginger.

Add oil to the pan, add pepper after the oil is heated, and saute onion and ginger until fragrant.

Add the peppers and shredded pickled mustard and stir fry.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.
