Steps for Stuffed mushroom

First, soak the mushrooms for three minutes

After the mushrooms are soaked and soft, cut off the stalks of the mushrooms.

Half a catty of pork, add some shrimp, and the amount can be as much as you like. Chop chopped green onion, add some cornflour, salt, pepper, add some soy sauce and oil, not too much. If it doesn't feel sticky enough, you can soak the mushrooms. Put some water in it. Stir carefully and you will feel fragrant even when you smell it.

Put the cut mushrooms and the mixed ingredients together. Health-loving friends can grab plastic wrap or gloves and wrap the meat on the mushrooms.

The semi-finished product is out. Lazy friends can put them in an electric rice cooker and steam them together while steaming.
