Steps for Saury in tomato sauce

Prepare all materials.

Dice radish and minced garlic and shallot.

Wash the saury and cut it into sections.

Marinate the cut saury with a little cooking wine and salt for 15 minutes to remove the fishy smell and flavor.

Pat the marinated saury with dry starch.

Heat the oil in a hot pan, fry the saury until golden yellow on both sides, remove and control the oil.

Pour out the oil, leave a little in the pan, heat it, add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.

Inject a small amount of water, add in ketchup, salt, and chicken essence, and turn to low heat to mix the sauce.

Add diced radish and stir fry slightly.
