Steps for Haw jelly

Wash the hawthorn.

Split in the middle to remove the hawthorn stone.

Put a layer of hawthorn and sprinkle with white sugar.

Steam in a pressure cooker (without adding water), add a little salt and stir the hawthorn paste evenly (add some salt if you want to be sweet).
