Steps for Chili fries

2 raw potatoes.

Wash the potatoes and peel off the skins.

Cut potato chips into the thickness of your little finger.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pan, add 2 teaspoons of salt to boil, add in the potato chips and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove the cooked potato chips and soak them in cold water.

Then remove and fully control the water. (It can be spread in bamboo baskets used to dry vegetables to dry the water)

Put the potato chips into a container, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of dry starch, and stir evenly.

Heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is 70% hot, add the potato chips.

Fry the chips until they are dry and firm and golden on the surface. Remove and control the oil.

Put the fried chips into a container, add cumin powder, chili powder, and white sesame seeds, and serve.
