Steps for Rice chicken roll

2 chicken legs.

Remove the bones from the chicken leg and pat it loose.

Put the chicken leg meat into a container, add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, shredded black pepper, and salad oil, mix well, and marinate for more than 1 hour.

Place the marinated chicken leg meat on tin foil and roll up.

Roll up the chicken roll with tinfoil and roll it tightly. Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for 20 minutes, remove and cool slightly, carefully open the tin foil and cut the chicken roll into sections.

Put the rice into a bowl, add the stir-fried shrimp, shredded carrot, shredded onion, add parmesan cheese and mix well.
