Salted onion crispy strips
By JohanKoelpin
Sweet ones are said to be easy to get fat. I just happened to see one of (Xiaomei)'s recipes, which is salty crispy strips made from shredded onions. It's just right for an onion maniac like me! It's very simple to make without butter. It's just dry! Put it aside and eat if you want.

Steps for Salted onion crispy strips

1
Chop the onions.
2
Stir fry chopped onions with a little oil until done, add a little salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
3
Sift through the flour, salt, and baking powder, and add a small piece of butter.
4
Rub it with your hands into a delicate shape.
5
Pour the milk and onions into the low flour, gently mix well to form a dough, and roll it into a rectangle.
6
Put it in the refrigerator and relax for 30 minutes, take it out and cut it into strips (I cut it a little thick, thinner will make it crispy).
7
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and coat for about 15 minutes.
