Steps for Mini cone

Set aside eggs, butter, white sugar, and low-gluten flour.

Soften the butter, add all the white sugar, and beat until it is swollen and white. (Mine is not very good)

Add the evenly stirred egg liquid one by one and stir well.

Sift the low-gluten flour.

Add appropriate amount of white sesame seeds and stir well.

Preheat both sides of the mold so that the heating is more uniform.

Use a spoon to put in a proper amount of egg paste and pour it into the middle and upper part of the mold. (Mine poured a little too much)

Cover the mold, heat over medium to medium heat, and turn over after one minute.

Check the burnt color and remove the omelet when it turns golden.

Place the omelet on the board, cut it in half with a knife, and roll it up separately. Allow to cool, shape, and add the ice cream.
