potato cake
By AnaMcClure
My husband and I both like potato cakes very much, so we always make some potato-related dishes throughout the week. Tonight, after dinner, while I have time. I also started to bake potato cakes, as breakfast tomorrow ~

Steps for potato cake

1
First peel the potatoes and cut them into strips (I think the grains are more like M's hash browns) and soak them in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. After draining the water, sprinkle with salt and set aside (I personally prefer salty, so I put 4 tablespoons of salt). Chop the onions.
2
After stirring the eggs evenly, add flour and water to mix. It's better to use two eggs because I didn't buy it at home and only one, so I just make do with it. Not bad.
3
Pour batter into a plate with onions and chips.
4
Heat up a small pan and add peanut oil (add more oil, flour absorbs oil), and be careful to turn it several times so it won't burn.
5
You can eat the potato cake with ketchup or eat it just like this.
