Steps for Maotai-flavored radish

Cut the white radish into thin slices 3mm thick, place them in a container, and sprinkle each layer of radish slices with a layer of salt.2
Sprinkle with salt, cover with two layers of radish slices, sprinkle with salt evenly, and cook everything repeatedly. After 15 minutes, pour away the pickled water.3
Add a tablespoon of white sugar and mix well, and marinate for another 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, pour away the pickled water again. Repeat it again.4
Wash the marinated radish slices with cold boiling water and squeeze out the water.5
Add to the washed radish slices: 6 parts of soy sauce, 1 part of soy sauce, 2 parts of vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 small bowl of cold boiled water.6
Mix well and cover. Refrigerate in the refrigerator for 2 days.
