This is the second dish I cooked. Eating rice cakes during the New Year will lead to higher levels. In some places, rice is not eaten during the New Year. Because rice is homophonic with "criminal", rice cakes often appear on the table of New Year's Eve dinner.

Spread the egg yolks on the bottom of the plate to decorate. 19. The fried rice cakes are ready to be placed on a plate. 20. Spread the egg yolk with a layer of rice cake. 21. Squeeze on the salad dressing. 22. Spread another layer of rice cake. 23. Place rice cakes layer by layer. 24. Finally, squeeze in the salad dressing and chopped egg yolks.

When shaping rice cakes, you should dip your hands with cold water so that it will not stick to your hands and be easy to handle.
