Steps for Cold fungus

    Soak the dried fungus in warm water until completely open (put a little starch in the water), wash it, remove the hard parts on the roots, and tear it into small pieces. Wash and cut the coriander.

    Shred green and red peppers, peel and shred carrots, blanch them in boiling water (add a little salt to water), remove them, cool them in cold water, and drain off. Shred green onions. (All ingredients in this step can be added according to personal preference and will not affect the taste of the dish.)

    Put boiling water in the pan, light it, add the fungus, boil the pan for 3 minutes, take it out and put it in cold water to cool, remove and drain.
