Steps for Spicy shrimp

Use scissors to cut off the shrimp whiskers and shrimp gun, open the back to remove the shrimp line, and marinate with cooking wine and a small amount of salt for a while.2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into strips, rinse them with clean water, and control the moisture. Cut the dried peppers into sections with scissors, and cut the coriander into sections.3
