Steps for Jadeite shrimp

Wash and dry the shrimp meat.

Marinate shrimp with all seasonings.

Wash the cucumber and cut it into slices.

Use a tool to remove the core in the middle of the cucumber. The size is smaller than that of the shrimp. If it is larger, the shrimp will easily get out of the cucumber slices when frying.

The shrimps pass through the middle of the cucumber (see picture).

Add oil to the pan, stir the onions and ginger in the pan and remove it.

Put the prepared cucumber and shrimp into the pan to grease, stir fry slightly, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with water and starch to thin sauce.
