Clean the lion-headed fish. (When I bought it at the market, the fishmonger had already helped me slaughter the fish clean)

Wash the ginger and shred it. Wash the green onions and cut them into sections.

Stack the lion-headed fish on a plate.

Add shredded ginger and spring onion, peanut oil and soy sauce. Then seal it with plastic wrap.
