Steps for salty bread

Prepare raw materials.

Pour white sugar, salt, lard, and yeast into a small bowl, add water, stir fully and emulsify to make a yeast mixture.

Pour the flour into a large bowl, slowly add the yeast mixture, stir while adding, knead thoroughly, and blend into dough.

Seal the dough with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment.

Spread until the dough is full and expands, and the surface is slightly sunken.

Put 3 doses of dough into the dough, knead thoroughly one by one, place on a baking sheet, and allow for about 15 minutes.

Brush the surface of the dough with a layer of egg liquid.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, place it on a baking sheet, middle layer, use base heat first, then upper and lower heat. After the top surface is colored, switch to base heat, and bake until cooked.
