Steps for Corn ribs soup

Boil water in a frying pan, boil the ribs thoroughly to remove the blood, wash and drain; beat the ginger to pieces with the back of the knife (cut into shreds), put the ribs and water into a casserole, bring to the heat over high heat, and cook for 30 minutes.
