Stewed pork ribs with potatoes
I have been busy at work during this time and don't have much time to make food. They are all some of the simplest home-cooked dishes. The pork belly stewed potatoes I had at the Lantern Festival that day was delicious and didn't bother. Today, I switched to the pork ribs to stew them, which is not greasy. My daughter also loves to eat pork ribs, mainly for her daughter, haha!
