Steps for chopped pepper fish head

Half a fish head, chopped pepper (I used two kinds, green chopped pepper and red chopped pepper), garlic, and ginger, for later use.

Half of the fish head, clean it up and make a few cuts. Add salt and cooking wine, wipe well, marinate for half an hour, and then rinse.

Cut garlic, ginger, and into shredded pieces.

Mix minced garlic, minced ginger, two chopped peppers, and steamed fish soy sauce well.

Rinse the marinated fish head, set on a plate, and place 2 green onion slices and ginger slices under the fish head. Spread the pepper from step 4 evenly on the fish head.

Put boiling water on the pan and steam for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Drizzle with a little hot oil.
