As shown in the picture, shred the pepper, ginger, and carrot, cut the dried pepper, chop the pepper, and cut the green onion into sections.

Cut duck wings into small pieces, wash and drain.

Prepare a large bowl and marinate for 20 minutes with chopped duck wings, shredded ginger, dried peppers, scallions, shredded carrots and marinade.
