Steps for Sausage and loofah noodles

1
Prepare noodles (everyone in our family likes to eat Chen Keming's noodles), loofah (which has been peeled), and sausages.
2
Slice the sausage into thin slices, slice the loofah, and cut up the green onions.
3
Put the oil in the pan and heat it up.
4
Put the sausage in the pan and stir-fry until the sausage is curled.
5
Remove the sausage and control the oil. Set aside.
6
Then put water into the pan and bring to a boil.
7
Add noodles in boiling water. Boil until soft.
8
Put the loofah into the soft boiled noodles and turn off the heat when the loofah is soft.
9
Finally, add the stir-fried sausage and stir it to serve.
10
Put appropriate amount of soy sauce, chopped green onion, and sesame oil into a bowl.
11
Pour the boiling water for boiling the noodles in 10 minutes.
12
Finally, put the noodles into this soup bowl. It smells so good!
