Orange ribs are a favorite dish in my family. The meat aroma and orange aroma are cleverly blended together. It is sour and sweet, just right, and you will never get tired of eating it.

Orange pork ribs and sugar-sour pork ribs also taste sour and sweet, but I prefer to use fruit in the vegetables. The sweet and sour taste of the fruit is different from the sweet and sour taste. It is not as strong as the vinegar taste, but only the mild fruit acid sweet taste. It makes people have endless aftertaste.

I have tried two ways to make orange ribs, and they are both very delicious. One is to fry the ribs first and then wrap them in juice, and the other is to stew the ribs before wrapping them in juice. I personally prefer the latter. The bone soup stewed with pork ribs and added green vegetables, making it a beautiful pot of fresh soup.
