Prepare a few boxes of must-eat snacks during the New Year! I wish everyone a "crisp" New Year!
It's a snack I loved when I was a child. In fact, the peach crisp in our hometown has no walnut kernels on it. Just sprinkle a few sesame seeds, haha!

Steps for taosu

1
130G of low-gluten flour, one egg, and appropriate amount of walnut kernels for later use.
2
After preheating the oven, first mix more than half of the low-gluten flour (65G). Heat to 180 degrees C and bake for about 15 minutes.
3
Let cool for later use.
4
Powdered sugar, low-gluten flour (including low-gluten flour in Method 1), baking soda powder and baking powder.
5
Sift together.
6
Add salt and cooking oil separately, and rub with your hands until evenly loose.
7
Add the whole egg.
8
Grasp the dough into a uniform dough. Place the dough in plastic wrap and let it relax at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
9
Take 25G dough, knead it into a round ball by hand, and place it directly on a baking sheet.
10
Gently press on the dough surface with your hand.
11
Add a small piece of walnut meat.
12
After preheating the oven, bake at 180 degrees and over high heat for about 20 minutes.
13
Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
