Ribs Method
Ingredients: 400 grams of pork ribs.
Seasoning: ginger 5g green onions 15g star anise 3g fennel seeds [fennel seeds] 3g cinnamon 3g tsaoko 3g cloves 3g fragrant leaves 3g pepper 5g salt 5g monosodium glutamate 2g white sugar 15g cooking wine 5g soy sauce 5g vegetable oil 50g.
Practice:
1. Slay the ribs into 4cm sections, place them in boiling water to remove the blood, pick up and wash them for later use;

2. Slice the ginger, wash the onions, remove the heads and tie them into a knot;

3. Pour oil into the pan, add sugar, and slowly fry the sugar over low heat;

4. When the sugar begins to turn brownish red and begins to bubble brownish red, immediately pour the ribs into the pan and stir well;

5. Add ginger slices, pepper and spices, stir-fry until fragrant, add a little cooking wine and soy sauce to color, add water, add salt and onion knots;

6. After boiling over high heat, turn to low heat and slowly cook until the ribs are cooked and soft. Remove the onions and large spices in the pan;

7. Collect the juice over high heat, and when the soup becomes thick, add MSG and serve.
