This dessert is because the 28th day of the twelfth lunar month is my father's 50th birthday. Since I just graduated and am now working in Chengdu, in order to surprise my parents, I chose to make a special gift for them. As my father's birthday approaches, I send blessings as a daughter to thank them for their 24 years of raising me and taking meticulous care of myself. I chose to make this as one of my birthday gifts. The reason is that I want to make a still cookie that I have never seen before. It must be meaningful. But it can't be vulgar.
