Zodiac biscuit
By AdeliaMurphy
This dessert is because the 28th day of the twelfth lunar month is my father's 50th birthday. Since I just graduated and am now working in Chengdu, in order to surprise my parents, I chose to make a special gift for them. As my father's birthday approaches, I send blessings as a daughter to thank them for their 24 years of raising me and taking meticulous care of myself. I chose to make this as one of my birthday gifts. The reason is that I want to make a still cookie that I have never seen before. It must be meaningful. But it can't be vulgar. Hehe, I thought of this after thinking about it. I hope friends who like baking can like it.

Steps for Zodiac biscuit

1
Prepare all the ingredients: low-gluten flour, white sugar, cocoa powder, matcha powder, eggs, chestnut powder, corn starch, salt, butter.
2
Cut butter into small pieces, pour eggs, and flour into a bowl.
3
Beat the eggs evenly with an egg beater.
4
Pour into the flour 32g of white sugar, 4g of chestnut powder, and 4g of corn starch into low-gluten flour.
5
Pour the egg liquid and the melted butter together. My butter melts in the microwave. It would be best if it could be melted at room temperature at home. If you use the microwave, turn it on to medium heat and it will be ready for 2 minutes.
6
Revitalize the flour, and use 1/3 of the dough to revitalize the cocoa powder.
7
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
8
Take it out after 30 minutes and dry the dough without cocoa powder with a rolling pin into a 0.5cm bo cake. Here I am a demonstration. Use a mold to make it round, use a mold about the size of the small bowl we eat in to make it round.
9
Color matching. The skin color of the animals in the biscuits is not as deep as the harsh flour dough. Just live the two dough together like this, and live evenly.
10
Melt the chocolate in the pan, first add a small amount of water, then turn on a low heat, and slowly melt the chocolate. Melt out. Cool in a cool place so the chocolate will be thick when you paint it again.

I started making shapes, because I learned to design, so I didn't use any molds or pictures. I used my own imagination to cut out the shapes with scissors and put them on the circle made in front. If you want to make a good-looking Q version of the graphics, just follow the pictures and cut them together with scissors. Remember not to have too complex pictures, which will not be easy to succeed.
12
To bake the biscuits in the shape of the ready, I use a mini beautiful oven. So I put the heat on it for 5 minutes and put it on the lower layer, then changed the heat for 5 minutes, put it on the upper layer, and finally the middle layer, put it on the upper layer, and put the heat on it for 2 minutes. If it is a good oven, it will be 180 degrees for the middle layer, and it will be ready in 10 minutes. Bake it well and let it cool and draw lines and dots with chocolate liquid like this.
