Tremella pear soup
By AlecLittel
It's very dry recently, so I often boil this sugar water to drink it. I feel very moist and comfortable after drinking it.

Steps for Tremella pear soup

1
Soak Tremella in clear water for about 2 hours.
2
Peel the pear and cut it into slices.
3
Tear small pieces of white fungus and place them in a casserole.
4
Put the pear pieces in together.
5
Add appropriate amount of water, generally the ratio of water to raw materials is 2:1.
6
After boiling over high heat, simmer slowly for 1 hour until the tremella is sticky. Time is at your own discretion. My tremella has not been chemically treated, and it has been stewed to be very sticky in 1 hour.
7
Add rock sugar after the tremella soup is thick.
8
At the same time, add the medlar and continue to simmer over low heat for 3-5 minutes until the rock sugar melts.
9
The thick white fungus pear soup is ready. Drinking a bowl can moisturize the dryness and beautify the skin.
