A few nights ago, I received a phone call from a friend asking if I could make a birthday cake the next day. This is still possible, but now I am more comfortable making cakes. It's just that there were just no eggs at home, so I couldn't make the cake at night. The next day, I went to the supermarket to buy eggs and baked a cake. The cake was removed before it completely cooled. The cake was also unsightly, but it couldn't be seen if it was mounted with cream.
The recipe for the cake will not be detailed here. The ingredients are: 8 eggs, 1 cup low-gluten flour, 1/2 cup sugar (egg white) and 2 tablespoons (egg yolk), 1/2 cup corn oil, 1/2 cup milk, and a few drops of vinegar. Bake at 320F/160C for 55 minutes. (1 cup =250ml)

Steps for Fruit birthday cake

1
Baked cake.
2
Slice the cake into 2 slices. (Because it hasn't completely cooled yet, the cake is too soft and looks unsightly.)
3
Cream with sugar and beaten hard.
4
Place the cake tray on a turntable, place a piece of cake, spread lightly with cream, sprinkle with diced strawberries and cantaloupe, and spread with a little cream.
5
Cover another piece of cake, press lightly, and add the right amount of cream.
6
Smooth with a spatula.
7
Add 1 drop of purple pigment to the remaining cream, mix well, and place into a decoration bag.
8
Squeeze a pattern on the edge of the cake, decorate with fruit and chocolate chips, write the words with pectin, and surround the edge with kiwi fruits.
9
Nothing new about cake.
